The Semi-Custom Design Process
After shooting me your dream stationery questionnaire, I’ll put together a semi-custom quote with a curated stationery suite that perfectly fits your budget and vision. Then we’ll hop on a call or meet up for coffee to discuss all your questions and go over the process.
To save your spot on my design schedule, I require a 50% non-refundable retainer.
Now that your big days marked in sharpie on my schedule, you’ll gain access to your client portal where your homework will be waiting. This in-depth questionnaire gives me all the details I need to personalize your semi-custom suite.
We’ll make sure every detail is just right during our two in-depth revision sessions and get your suite ready to be printed.
Looking fab and ready for it’s time to shine, your suite is off to the printers and packaged up for it’s time to shine.

Although Beauty Bright Design is located in Lincoln, NE, I design stationery for couples and party planners all around the world. (My designs have gone as far as Australia which is literally the opposite end of the world!)
Abso-freakin-lutely! If you don’t live in the US, I will carefully package up your stationery and ship it straight to your door ready to be snail-mailed (or hand-delivered) to your guests.
Don’t forget to include an extra 2-3 weeks for international shipping to your timeline!
My Semi-Custom Stationery designs are made to ship in just 3-4 weeks. That being said, things happen. Envelopes get back-ordered or the printer gets slammed. So the sooner you reach out the better.
I always encourage couples to reach out at least 6 months prior to their big day to ensure there is ample time to bring their stationery vision to life and give their guests time to respond before they need to give their vendors the final headcount.
Semi-Custom stationery is designed to be digitally (flat) printed to meet the 3-4 week average turn around.
I do offer letterpress, foil, and thermographic printing options as well.
Just as an FYI, letterpress, foil and thermographic printing techniques tend to have a longer turnaround time for your custom wedding invitations. So if you are considering one of these techniques for your dream stationery we will need to start the process further in advance of your big day. These printing methods will also increase the average cost of your suite by $1000-$1500. So be sure sure to keep this in mind if your heart is set on these unique printing styles.
I always recommend locking in your spot on my calendar at least 6 months to a year out from your wedding.
